A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 29, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the City Hall Conf. Room #6, 710 E. Mullan Ave. All General Contractors who intend to bid on this project are required to attend this conference. Bids from contractors who fail to attend the Pre-Bid Conference will be deemed non-responsive.

The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory for subcontractors.
